3D Floral Spring Meadow

Two layers of transparent glass with coloured glass powders have been fused together to form the initial base.

Bursting with handmade flowers, some made from powdered glass, some by cutting individual petals, all delicately assembled onto the base together with busy bees, ladybirds, butterflies and insects complete this uniquely wonderful and happy piece.

A second firing to a lower temperature takes place to retain the intricate texture of the flora and fauna.

This is a truly stunning decorative piece of art, elevated by the black cast iron frame which is included.
