Large Black/White/Clear Streaky Bowl

This is a stunning piece of art in the form of a fused glass bowl.
 
The base circle has been cut from a special edition black, white and clear streaky glass, topped with a transparent circle and fired in the kiln to a high temperature. Resulting in a shiny smooth surface. Look closely to see the tiny 'champagne' bubbles within.
 
Fired a second time in a ceramic mould to achieve the wide shallow bowl shape.
 
This large fused glass bowl is a statement piece on its own, but also functional, you could display fruit, potpourri, sweets or treats. 
 
Would sit well on a coffee or dining table, and works in any room of your home. It takes on a different look depending on the colour of the surface you choose to set it on.
